FR Pipe Wrap is designed to maintain the fire resistance of fire-resistant walls and floors in the event of punctures by plastic pipes, ducts, or continuously combustible insulated metal pipes. It can be used on drywall, masonry, or concrete walls and floors.

Each pipe wrapping tape consists of a graphite-based reactive swelling strip that reacts to heat and seals the gap left by plastic pipe or tubing insulation that softens in a fire. It can be fully mounted around pipes or insulation and secured with self-adhesive tape. The annular gap around the pipe wrapping tape must be sealed with EX Mortar or FR Board.
